Set of Tie on Ruffles in Copper Willow Reed - Harvest & Hayrides Collection

These are marvelous little sets of 3-tiered ruffles that can be added onto the back of your skirts for a fuller bustle look, or worn two at a time, for a fuller, huge ruffly tutu vibe! I carefully cut out 60" wide matching strips of fabric at different lengths, ruffle them onto a thick fabric base, and grommet them at the top corners so you can tie them together on both sides of your hips!
