Side Tie Bloomettes in Cozy Red - The Tartan and Tinsel Collection

These have a similar waistband to our Tulip skirt, with pleats in front and a drawstring in the back.  They will fit up to an 80" measurement at the hips and a 75" measurement at the waist.  They vary in length around the thighs  because if you tie them tighter, they will sit higher, and if you even just leave them loose
