Side Tie Bloomers in Starlight - "Dancing in the Moonlight" Collection #48

These have a similar waistband to our Tulip skirt, with pleats in front and a drawstring in the back.  They will fit up to an 100" measurement at the hips and a 75" measurement at the waist.  They are about knee length and can be worn untied as well, for a more..."gaucho" pant look!
