Well, HELLO nearly 500 inches of ruffles! This is the most frilly, swirly, fun skirt we have ever produced. It is a huge circular skirt with the waist cut slightly off center, so that the front is shorter than the back. (front “20, back 38“) These are amazing for layering, are flattering on all figures, and are comfortable to wear! I am personally in love with them.
