Classic Blouse with Long Sleeves in Cream - Peppermint Parlor Collection
I found some fabric called "peachskin" and this stuff is truly marvelous. It feels like a 1500 thread count sheet in a 5 star hotel! It moves like a negligee in the 1930s! One side of the fabric is "brushed" with a machine, so it feels soft and buttery to the touch. The fabric was...um...priced appropriately, but I absolutely HAD to make long sleeve blouses out of it!!
Speaking of the sleeves, these ones are LONG and they are supposed to drape. They measure roughly 27 inches from end of shoulder to wrist!
These blouses are my own original pattern that has taken years to perfect! This classic peasant style is meant to fit loosely and be worn underneath my corsets, but certainly, you could wear it with a pair of jeans and be good to go. The sizes are as follows! Be SURE to measure carefully around the FULLEST PART OF YOUR BUST, which is not at all your bra size!!! It is simply the measurement around the fullest part of your breasts.
