Tulip Skirts:

*LISTEN! This fabric is absolutely BUTTERY soft, brushed terry cloth that feels better than the most heavenly sweatpants of all time! It is MAGIC!! 

*These skirts have a gorgeous silhouette, with clean, straight pleats across the front of the waistband to add fullness with a smooth elegant look.  They are drawstring through the back and will fit a lower waist of around 29" up to 75".  The Tulip skirt is lovely worn alone or layered, and looks lovely in a bell shape when worn over a light petticoat.

*Skirt Length is 41" at the longest lengths and has been cut into scraggly, raw edged hemmed pieces that lay in curling and raggedy shreds! It will look better and better over time!
